Lost Portrait of Charles Brandon found
Yesterday, a group of Art Students in Watford found a lost portrait of Charles Brandon, Duke of Suffolk. The portrait was found in a very, old house where the students were celebrated a third St. Patrick’s Day. The portrait is believed to have been painted in 1520 by Hans Holbein on his third visit to court.
The portrait was handed over to very important Art expert, Thomas Tompkinson, who looked at it for a good five hours. “Yes, I can conclude that this is indeed a very accurate depiction of Charles Brandon. Most definitely. We need to stop filling out kids’ heads with these senseless lies that the past was grim and everyone was dirty, poor and killing each other. Far from it! It was like an episode of Hollyoaks.”
One of the Art Students that found the portrait added “I found this portrait in a very, old house and I kept thinking, this guy looks really familiar! He looks like one of those actors in that film I saw. Oh this is going to bug me! What’s his name?! You know! Thingy!”
“Matt Damon?” Added his mate.
“Yes, that’s the one! Matt Damon!”
The portrait has now been delivered to the British Museum for a future special exhibition.
