Jane's Biography
1505 - Jane Parker was born in Norfolk, then spent her childhood at Great Hallingbury, Essex.
1518 – Jane joined Henry VIII's court, serving his first wife, Catherine of Aragon.
1524/1525 - Jane married George Boleyn.
1533 - After Henry VIII divorces Catherine of Aragon, Jane serves her sister-in-law, Anne Boleyn who marries Henry VIII, is crowned Queen and gives birth to Elizabeth I.
1536 - Anne, George and four other men are executed. Jane was forced to give evidence against them and is then, brought back to court to serve Henry VIII's third wife, Jane Seymour.
1537 - Jane Seymour dies after giving birth to the future Edward VI. Jane Boleyn, along with the other ladies in Queen Jane's attendance, are blamed for not looking after the Queen properly.
1540 - serves Henry VIII's fourth wife, Anne of Cleves. The marriage is short-lived and Jane has to give evidence to help annul the marriage.
July 1540 - Jane serves Henry VIII's fifth wife, Katherine Howard.
February 1542 - Jane is executed alongside Katherine Howard for her part in Katherine's affair with Thomas Culpepper.
